KLAS Spotlight on Sayvant Clinical Documentation AI
Sayvant earns 94.5 overall performance score, A+ “likely to recommend,” and 100% “would buy again” in KLAS Emerging Company Spotlight Report

October 2025 — Sayvant, the clinical documentation AI leader for acute care, announced today that KLAS Research’s Emerging Company Spotlight reports a 94.5 overall performance score, an A+ rating for “likely to recommend,” and 100% of customers saying they would buy again and include Sayvant in long-term plans.
KLAS interviewed 14 individuals across 10 provider organizations using Sayvant. Respondents were concentrated in emergency and acute care settings and reported rapid time to value, with most seeing outcomes immediately or within six months.
Across standard software indicators, Sayvant received A or A+ grades for product fit, support quality, proactive service, and executive involvement.
“Healthcare organizations often struggle with manual documentation, scribe costs, provider burnout, and reduced patient interaction time. Existing solutions don’t always address the complex, real-time, and specialty-specific needs of acute care settings. Sayvant aims to solve these challenges by using ambient AI-driven scribing and clinical decision support to streamline documentation, improve billing and patient communication, and reduce cognitive workload. This report examines the real-world experiences and outcomes of healthcare organizations and clinicians using Sayvant,” writes Greg Hughes, lead author at KLAS Research, in the report.
“Sayvant has changed my practice for the better. It is a fantastic product that is very specific to emergency medicine and that improves my quality of life on shift,” said one medical director interviewed by KLAS.

“The KLAS Emerging Company Spotlight Report validates what our clinicians experience every shift: complete, defensible notes produced quickly and consistently,” said Justin Mardjuki, CEO of Sayvant. “Under-resourced acute care teams want fewer clicks and better patient outcomes. We deliver both while improving RCM, Quality, and Risk adherence.”
